SICA-USA sponsored the 2020 August POetry POstcard Fest, aka: POPO, which was opened early due to the pandemic lockdown. (It is an annual poetry postcard exchange run by SPLAB, a literary-arts non-profit organization run by SICA-USA Webmaster, Secretary and Acting Chair, Paul E Nelson, your humble narrator.)
