Hello Friends,

The latest iteration of Burn Pile is now open at College of the Sequoias, in Visalia, California. The epidemic will surprise your wings is appearing at COS’s Art Gallery (see details below) from today until October 7.

Also part of the exhibition is a set of Broken Words, and the Burn Pile film (created with Warren Casey in 2021), as part of a window display of remnant objects from the original, truth-seeking Confidence Booth.The opening reception is this Thursday, September 8, 12-2 pm. Gallery hours are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 10 am to 4 pm, and by appointment. There will be a closing reception as well, on October 6, from 5-7 pm, which follows my artist talk at 4 pm at the gallery.

Mahalia and I would be happy to meet you there if you cannot attend one of the receptions, so please let us know if and when you plan to see it.
