click the following link to: login or create an account

  • Select Register. Enter your email address, click the register button
  • After you have registered, you will be logged in: log out.

  • Go to your email
  • Click link in email to set your new password, then reset it.
  • After setting password the browser should take you to the login page where you enter your credentials.

  • On Account Dashboard, you can logout, view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses, and edit your password and account details

  • When you are done with your session, please logout from your Account Dashboard
Bid Increment

Place Bid on Product

  • To start bidding, scroll through the items on the auction page, and choose a product.
  • To place a bid on a product, scroll to the bid amount number and click the up arrow.
  • Most bids are set in increments of $5
  • When you FIRST place a bid on a product, you will NOT get an email.
  • When you are OUTBID on a product, you WILL get an email.

  • This is an email notice for being outbid.
  • Click the link in the email to place a new bid.
  • When you bid again, if you are not logged in, you will be prompted to login again to set the new bid.

  • Click AUCTIONS to review the items you have bid on from your auction dashboard.

Long Instructions

Summary:

  • To place a bid,  login or create an account.
  • After logging in, then you can place your bid.
  • When you first make a bid, you will not get an email confirmation. If you are outbid, you will get a notification to your email. At the end of the auction, July 17, if you are highest bidder, you will receive an email.

Step 1: Create an Account and Register:

  • Create an account and register:  https://sica-usa.org/my-account/
  • Select Register. Enter your email address, click the register button
  • After you have registered, you will be logged in. Log out.
  • You will receive an email confirmation from SICA-USA with the subject line “Your SICA-USA account has been created!” If you open that email, it will show you your user name and a link to your account. Set a password by clicking “Click here to set your new password”: this will take you to the page where you can set your password (if you don’t see the email, wait a few minutes. Also check your spam folder).
  • Enter a new password. After your password is successfully saved you will be taken to a login page. Use the left “LOGIN” form, login with your username and new password.
  • After successfully logging in, you should be taken to your account dashboard.
  • To start bidding, go back to the auction page.

To Login:

  • Go to the login page: https://sica-usa.org/my-account/
  • On the Left, select “Login”
  • Enter your user name and password. This will take you to an account dashboard.

Logout:

  • Go to your account dashboard (LOGIN)
  • Logout is on the left.
  • When you are through with auction activity for your session, please remember to logout.

Bidding:

  • When you first place a bid, you will not get a confirmation email.
  • If you are outbid, you will get an email notifying you with an invitation and link to increase your bid.

Account dashboard:

  • From your account dashboard you can logout, view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses, and edit your password and account details.

Reviewing your bids:

  • To review items you have placed bids on, go to “Auctions” from your account dashboard.

Troubleshooting:

  • The best browsers to use for the Auction include Chrome and Firefox.
  • If you are using Safari, and the login page does not display:
    • Try navigating back to the main auction page.
    • Then navigate to login.
    • If it still does not display, try REFRESHING the page (semi circle with arrow):
